Acceptance
By browsing this site or confirming a written engagement brief, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages describing engagements, workshops, readiness reviews, and facilitation days are informational. A binding scope exists only in a written fee note accepted by both parties. ScriptEngage does not provide statutory external audit opinions under Taiwan company law.
Intellectual property
Checklist scripts, issue sheet templates, and written deliverables prepared for a client become that client’s to use internally once fees for the related milestone are paid. ScriptEngage retains the right to reuse anonymised methods and phrasing libraries that do not reveal client data. Site content, branding, and design remain ScriptEngage property.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to process owners, accurate ledger extracts, and truthful representations about existing controls. Delays in evidence access may shift fieldwork calendars without reducing fees for days already reserved, subject to the refund policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScriptEngage’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or regulatory penalties arising from management decisions made after receiving our findings.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect non-public business information obtained during an engagement and use it only to perform or receive the work, unless disclosure is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Kaohsiung have primary jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
