About

Built for the quiet pressure of fieldwork week

ScriptEngage started as a small Kaohsiung practice helping internal auditors turn control matrices into day-by-day checklist scripts that survive contact with real ledgers.

Why we exist

Internal audit teams in Taiwan’s mid-market firms often inherit checklists written for last year’s org chart. When fieldwork arrives, the script no longer matches the people, the systems, or the evidence trail. We formed ScriptEngage to sit in that gap — not as external auditors issuing opinions, but as facilitators who rewrite and run the checklist with your staff.

How we work

We favour short scoping calls, written scripts before anyone books meeting rooms, and closing packs that distinguish observation from opinion. Process owners keep custody of their documents; we keep the sequence, the sample logic, and the wording discipline on exception sheets.

Where we sit

Our base is in Yanchao, Kaohsiung County. We travel for Taipei and Taichung cycles when the engagement calendar allows, and we run remote document reviews when evidence lives mainly in shared drives.

Values we hold in the room

  • Checklist steps beat improvisation once fieldwork starts
  • Exception language stays factual until the risk paragraph
  • Your audit lead owns the final report tone
  • We decline work that belongs to a statutory CPA opinion
