Process

From brief to closing walkthrough

A clear sequence keeps checklist fieldwork from becoming a week of improvised interviews. This is how a typical ScriptEngage engagement runs.

Engagement brief

You share the cycle under review, prior checklists, risk register extracts, preferred sites, and the date the audit committee expects a draft. We confirm whether the work is a full engagement, workshop, readiness review, or facilitation days.

Scope and fee note

Within a few business days we return a written scope: checklist sections, sample approach, on-site days, deliverables, and fee basis. No kickoff until you accept the note.

Script draft

We rewrite the checklist as a day-by-day script with evidence lists and exception language. Your audit lead reviews before any meeting invitations go out.

Fieldwork calendar

Interviews and sampling blocks are booked against the script. Process owners receive their evidence requests at least three business days ahead of their slot.

Closing walkthrough

Findings are walked with control owners, then packaged for your management letter outline. You keep report ownership; we leave the script, tick trail, and issue sheets.
