Data we collect
Contact forms collect name, email, optional engagement interest, optional preferred date, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of process owners and auditors as needed to schedule fieldwork. We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond to briefs and prepare fee notes (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps). Engagement data is processed to perform the contracted work. Optional analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand site traffic.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry records are typically retained up to twenty-four months. Engagement correspondence and working papers are retained for at least seven years to meet professional record-keeping expectations, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights
