Scope
We review evidence indexes against the checklist script, flag missing source documents, and test whether sample selection criteria are workable against your ledger extracts. You receive a punch-list ranked by fieldwork day, not a lengthy report for the board.
Delivery
Most reviews complete in one business week. Larger multi-entity groups may need eight days. The on-site half-day is used to walk process owners through the punch-list in person.
