A facilitated workshop that turns your control objectives into day-by-day checklist scripts your own auditors can run without outside facilitation.
Purpose
Many teams inherit checklists that list controls but never say who asks what, which evidence counts, or how exceptions escalate. This workshop rebuilds one finance or operational cycle into a scripted runbook your staff can execute next quarter.
Included
- Pre-read of your existing checklists and risk register extracts
- Two facilitated half-day sessions with your audit and process owners
- A finished script pack: opening questions, evidence list, sample sizes, and exception language
- A short coaching call after the first in-house dry run
Exclusions
We do not perform the fieldwork in this package. If you need us on-site for the first live run, pair this workshop with a Scripted Internal Audit Engagement.
Timeline
Workshops are usually scheduled within three weeks of brief approval. The written script pack arrives within five business days after the second session.
